Lincoln County will host a Short Term Rental Public Workshop tomorrow, Jan 20th at 6pm via Zoom. The Board of Commissioners adopted Ordinance #487, #490 and #509 to establish conditions for the operation of short term rentals of dwelling units located within the unincorporated areas of Lincoln County and to implement a licensing program to ensure compliance with those standards.
