A Special Mayoral Election held for the City of Lincoln City Mayor. The election is for the remaining term for Mayor, expiring December 31, 2022. The deadline to file with the City is March 11, 2021. You must be a resident of the City for the previous six months. Applications can be obtained by emailing cityrecorder@lincolncity.org. Forms SEL 101 and SEL 121 must be submitted. Lincoln County will host a Short Term Rental Public Workshop tomorrow, Jan 20th at 6pm via Zoom. The Board of Commissioners adopted Ordinance #487, #490 and #509 to establish conditions for the operation of short term rentals of dwelling units located within the unincorporated areas of Lincoln County and to implement a licensing program to ensure compliance with those standards.
