Did you know you can reduce the amount of trash you create by switching to electronic billing and still receive the City’s Quarterly Newsletter?  Receive your paperless water bill by following these four easy steps:

1. Go to http://www.xpressbillpay.com and login
2. Click “View Bill” under the account you would like to be paperless
3. Locate the “Paperless (Off)” button
4. Click the button to turn on “Paperless (On)”
