City Manager, Ron Chandler and Senior Accountant, Scott Morgan, along with other City Staff were interrupted from their meeting when a minor car accident occurred in front of City Hall Thursday afternoon.  Mr. Chandler and Mr. Morgan saw the accident from a 3rd floor window.  They ran out to help and quickly began removing debris from the street and were joined by two young men that helped them push the vehicle off of Hwy 101 and restore the flow of traffic in no time.  The Lincoln City Police Department arrived within minutes along with the Public Works Department and helped to resolve the accident.
