Most of us were asleep at 3:17am on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 when the recent Tsunami alert was issued. This is a reminder that emergencies can happen at any time.  The City of Lincoln City wants to remind everyone to sign up for emergency notifications. Lincoln Alerts is the emergency notification system used by Lincoln City and Lincoln County.
