On December 14^th, City Manager, Ron Chandler and Lincoln City Visitor and Convention Bureau Director, Ed Dreistadt served up more than just great food  at the Family Promise Celebrity Servers Fundraiser.

It was an evening filled with improv entertainment and communal generosity. Mr. Dreistadt shared his banjo skills while Mr. Chandler serenaded guests in hopes of bringing in big tips. This was all part of a friendly competition that pitted The City of Lincoln City against Chinook Winds Casino to raise money for Family Promise a nonprofit organization seeking to provide shelter and comprehensive assistance to homeless families.

The evening was a huge success acquiring over $5000 for a great cause. Thanks to the exceptional staff at Ace’s Bar and Grill, Chinook Winds Casino, and everyone that came out to support this fundraiser.
