During the past two budgets, the City Council is following through on their goal to resurface all paved roads over the next 20 years.  The life of a road can be extended by overlaying the road with new asphalt at least once over a 20 year period.  The City Council dedicated over $1,000,000 toward this goal during the past two budgets.  Sections of Jetty, Harbor, Coast, Anchor and NE 61st have all had received overlays in 2016.
